Artwork
Take a look through some of my artwork to see what inspires me. I love painting with acrylics and creating with colours. If you are interested to see my other paintings feel free to contact me or head to Something About Audrey in Sandgate or Red Poppy in Redcliffe.

Strayla Day
This piece was inspired by the way people love and celebrate our country and flock to the beach to enjoy the day. Look closely and see how many icons you can spot.

Redcliffe
I am inspired by the peninsula and the areas that surround it. Redcliffe has so many iconic locations that bring up memories to those who have visited the area.

Lola
I wanted to do a series of women in hats and Lola was one of the popular ladies of the collection. Make sure to check out the book she is reading.

Scarborough
This is another beautiful and iconic part of the peninsula that I and many others have fond memories of.

The jetty
I used to walk to the Jetty at Woody Point everyday and was always in awe at it's beauty so I decided to paint it and share it with others.

Shorncliffe
This is a special place for me and my family as generations have visited the area and it has become a tradition of ours to celebrate here.

Suttons beach
A family tradition every school holidays was visiting Suttons Beach which has now spanned generations. I joined the group to save the Pavilion when the demolition was threatened. We lost the battle but this painting serves as a reminder of past magic.

Chasing waves
I love the surfing culture in Australia and have always enjoyed the beach so I wanted to recreate that magic on canvas.

Margate
The beach at Margate is so lovely and a place that holds beautiful memories for me and my family. Such a wonderful place to take the kids when they were growing up.

The retro caravan park circa 1966
'Wipeout' was number one on the pop charts. The Beach Boys were singing "Good Vibrations." Little Pattie was "Stompin' at Maroubra." Normie Rowe was The King of Pop. Nobody had landed on the moon yet. Woodstock was in the making. Our biggest concern was which beach we were going to go to on the weekend. How lucky were we!!!
